We were busy all day and sold lots!

One of our best shows!

We'll be at the Christmas Junk Fest in Portland 

November 16-17.

A Christmas inspired chandelier

  
I found this chandelier at a thrift shop.

I debated on purchasing it or not . . .
 it needed some TLC . . .
 

 I liked the glass details under each socket

and it had wires to hold prisms  . . .

it had the old cloth wiring . . .

the sockets were bigger and could

accommodate regular light bulbs. . .

or maybe candles . . . 

it could be elegant, restored to her former glory 

with crystal prisms . . . 

or round light bulbs for a funky, artistic style . . .

 

I had enough ideas . . . 

I brought her home.

I didn't have enough prisms in my stash

and didn't want to invest big $$$ into this project.

I had to come up with some other options . . .

I tried the plastic Christmas icicle prisms . . . 

they could work . . .

or how about little pine cones?
 

and a rose hip wreath around the center?
 

and around every candle

She is beautiful again, 
ready to give light over a table, 
in a sun room or outside in a gazebo,

and she's easily converted to other seasons.
 Now available in my etsy shop.
