ReplyDeleteBlessings to you. Amy
Simple, maybe. Pretty, definitely.
ReplyDeleteIt made me grin to think of the aluminum trees that were the "new thing" of my childhood now being vintage.
Of course, in exactly a week, I'll be vintage too.
I love your decorations, Julie! Your cabinet of Santas is so cute and the aluminum tree looks fabulous with all of your wonderful vintage ornaments! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog Julie. I love the silver christmas tree, we had one just like that when we were kids. I will check out your vintage decorations..thanks, I am after the glass baubles for the tree. The plum pudding receipe is very easy not really a receipe. All it is is a bought fruit christmas cake (dark), crumble in a bowl add some sweet sherry so it just combines and roll into balls. Melt some white chocolate and drizzle over the top and stick in a holly leaf....how easy!! I thought for christmas day I might make some with chocolate mud cake too as not everyone likes fruit cake. Enjoy! Let me know how they turn out. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteYou have a very inviting home. Love the decor. Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!

Tam
