Loving the garden this time of year
and breakfast on the patio on my days off.

We just returned from a trip to Eastern Oregon.
Our truck and trailer were filled with vintage goods
for the antique expo next weekend (July 12-14) in
Portland, Oregon,
including some treasures from
my great aunt's farm in Wallowa.

Next week, I'll be posting pics of our finds
and vignettes for our booth.

Hope you're enjoying your summer and your garden!

Summer Snowballs . . . . .

These pics were taken a few weeks ago.
Wish the snowballs could last longer.

Hope your summer is going well!

I'm still very busy at the thrift store and now
getting ready for the Palmer-Wirf Antique Expo show,
coming up July 13-15 in Portland, Oregon.

Thanks for stopping by.

Enjoying spring . . .

Love lilacs and peonies!
The yellow flowers are blooms from an azalea,
which has a beautiful fragrance
I hadn't noticed before in the garden.

Happy Spring!

p.s. Our daughter and granddaughter will be here
in 5 days from New York! Can't wait to spend time with them!

Enjoying fall . . .

The leaves are falling . . .

These are columnar Armstrong Maple trees,
and they line each side of our property {57 trees planted by The Captain}

The Pacific Northwest is so pretty in fall.
Hope you're enjoying your fall where you are.
Thanks for visiting.

a frosty, foggy fall morning

Hi friends,
I hope you've been enjoying your fall.

We just returned from a week in New York
{moving our daughter and family there},
and I woke up to this beautiful,
cold, frosty morning . . .

I was surprised to see our Maple tree already losing its leaves

an hour later . . . less frost, more fog

Enjoy the rest of October!

I'll be doing more posts this month . . .
sharing some vintage finds from New York
and items I'm creating for the JUNK FEST
Holiday Flea Market
in Forest Grove, Oregon
November 19.
If you're close enough to come,
it'll be a great place to do some Christmas
shopping and get some items for yourself,
in a gorgeous vintage setting.
It is a hotel if you need a place to stay.
