Sideboard to Sink Vanity Makeover

Here is our master bathroom sink vanity makeover.
It took us a while to find a 7' buffet/sideboard to fit in our bathroom and hold two sinks,
but we finally found one on craigslist.

Here's the before picture:

and after:

We removed the top and added travertine tile and reattached the wood top moulding.
The front has three cupboard doors with lots of storage and room for the plumbing.
We love how it turned out. I'll show more of the complete remodel on a future post.

Thanks for visiting our vanity makeover.
Hope you have a great weekend, and don't forget to sign up for my

  18. I LOVE it!!! I just found your blog through Funky Junk Interiors. I cannot wait to read through your past posts.

What adhesive did you use to put the travertine back on the top and the wood back splash/top?

Totally an inspiring project! Thanks for sharing!

  19. Julie, you did an awesome job on your bathroom vanity! What a treat to walk in and see such a gorgeous piece of furniture! We added a sink to a marble-top piece when we lived in Louisiana, but (very sadly) it was best to leave it behind when we moved...
